SHIPPING/FAQ/POLICIES

  • Average processing time for custom wig units is 21-28 business days for units that are being shipped. This excludes days that are not business days.

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your unit to be processed.

  • Units can be rush ordered however,  please select that option at checkout. 

  • Business days are Monday- Friday and do not include weekends and holidays. 

  • All orders are shipped through Fedex and USPS.​

  • Our business does not issue refunds for custom wig units. In the case that a paid customer is unhappy, we are willing to resolve any issues with the product unless it has been damaged by the customer. Store credits can be issued. 

We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Please make sure you enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card. If the billing address is entered incorrectly, your payment may be declined.

If you see a pending transaction after your payment is declined, it is only a temporary authorization showing that a purchase was attempted. The pending charge will automatically fall off your account.
